Friends of the Earth opening statement to the Oireachtas committee climate hearings July 2013

This was the Opening Statement submitted to the Oireachtas Committee before Friends of the Earth Director, Oisin Coghlan, gave evidence to the Committee's hearings on the Heads of teh climate Bill on Monday 8th July.
