Join Us for a Climate Justice Day of Action!

The fight for climate justice has never been more urgent. With the Government's term coming to an end, politicians are already canvassing for votes in the next election. Now is the time to raise our voices and ensure that climate justice becomes a priority in our communities.

On Tuesday, November 12th, we’re organizing a national Climate Justice Day of Action. On this day, we invite you to get out into your communities and talk to neighbours, friends, family or indeed local politicians about the most pressing climate justice issues of the day. Together, we’ll be talking about critical climate justice issues—like ramping up insulation and retrofitting for warm, fossil-free homes, and why we need to challenge the increase in gas and data centre infrastructure. 

Together, we'd like November 12th to be a day when we get into our local communities and raise awareness on climate justice issues and urge politicians to commit to tackling these issues.

How Can You Get Involved?

There are many ways to participate:

• Distribute leaflets in your local area.
• Set up a stall at a busy location to spread awareness.
• Host a 'Cuppa for Climate' (climate conversations) at a community center.
• Run a petition to show local representatives how much your community cares.

Whether you’re a member of a local group or an individual looking to take action, everyone’s voice matters. Big or small, your efforts will contribute to making these demands headline issues for the next government.
